I was attempting to make my Residence Team cut of 5:10 in the 500. I thought I was going to pull it off this time. I was out in 3:00 at the 300 and couldn't hang on to that pace. The lactic acid accumulation got the best of me and I was barely able to finish. I haven't felt that bad in a long time.
